Located right next to the Wankdorf train station, it offered easy access to Bern and other destinations, which was a big plus for us. The check-in process was seamless thanks to the technology used, although it did require keeping a smartphone charged. That said, the staff were helpful in a pinch and provided an electronic card when my phone acted up. We loved the shared kitchen space, where we prepared meals together and enjoyed free coffee, making it a relaxed environment for socializing. One evening, we even fired up the barbecue on the rooftop area, which was a hit with everyone. The family-friendly amenities, like eco-friendly soap and clever room configurations, made our stay even more comfortable. It felt like the hotel truly cared about our experience. Stay Kooook is a great option for families seeking convenience and comfort during their travels. We would consider coming back when exploring more of Switzerland.
